Please note: This feature is currently only available for accounts that have completed additional verification. If you don’t see the instant withdrawal option when withdrawing funds, and you would like access to this feature, please contact our support team.
Additionally, a settled balance is required to use the instant withdrawal feature, meaning funds must be cleared and not pending.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Under the actions list on the right of the main dashboard, click 'Withdraw funds'.
2. Enter the withdrawal amount. You may also add a description or memo.
3. Select the instant withdrawal method. Please note, this option incurs a 1.5% fee and there is a daily limit for instant withdrawals (set based on your account activity).
4. You can connect a bank account to instantly deposit funds by entering its associated debit card information. Select a debit card from the list or click "+ Debit card" to link a new account.
5. Review your withdrawal, then click 'Confirm instant withdrawal'.
6. Your instant withdrawal is complete! You will receive an email confirmation. Please note, funds can take up to 30 minutes to become available in your account.
Troubleshooting common issues is essential for a smooth transaction experience: ensure you check your available balance has sufficient cleared funds and confirm the amount to be withdrawn is within your daily withdrawal limit.
