How do I accept a Truss payment?

Step-by-step instructions

  1. In your email or text notification, click 'Accept Payment' button.

  2. Verify your email address or phone number.

  3. Select where you want to deposit your funds. You can instantly deposit funds for a fee, deposit the funds into a third-party bank account, or enter your mailing address for check delivery.


  4. To instantly deposit the funds via Bank Transfer, please enter your debit card details directly through our partner Astra.

  5. To withdraw the funds into a third-party bank account, sign in with your bank online through our trusted partner Plaid, or enter your routing information manually.


  6. If you would prefer to receive your funds via check delivery, enter your desired mailing address into the field and add to save.

6. Confirm the details of your payment, and when ready, select 'Confirm payment.'

7. The payment is now authorized and you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a downloadable receipt.




Note:

  • Withdrawing funds via standard bank transfer will take between one and four business days to deposit into your selected bank account.

  • By connecting a bank account, the company sending the payment will only be able to send money to your account - they will not be able to pull money from your account.

  • Instant withdrawals have a 1.5% fee associated, however standard bank transfers and check delivery are free.

  • You are not required to sign up for Truss to accept a payment.
