How do I accept a Truss payment?

Step-by-step instructions

  1. In your email or text notification, click 'Accept Payment' button.

  2. Verify your email address or phone number.

  3. Select where you want to deposit your funds. You can withdraw the funds into a third-party bank account or enter your mailing address for check delivery.


  4. To withdraw the funds into a third-party bank account, sign in with your bank online through our trusted partner Plaid, or enter your routing information manually.


  5. If you would prefer to receive your funds via check delivery, enter your desired mailing address into the field and add to save.

6. Confirm the details of your payment, and when ready, select 'Confirm payment.'


7. The payment is now authorized and you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a downloadable receipt.





Note:

  • Withdrawing funds will take between one and four business days to deposit into your selected bank account.

  • By connecting a bank account, the company sending the payment will only be able to send money to your account - they will not be able to pull money from your account.

  • You are not required to sign up for Truss to accept a payment.

  • You will not be charged for any transactions that you receive.
