Withdrawing funds
There are two types of withdrawals: Standard ACH withdrawals and instant withdrawals.
ACH withdrawals are free and take up to 3 business days to process. You can view the estimated deposit date in the transaction details sidebar. *Banking holidays may affect processing timelines*
Instant withdrawals are instant (up to 30 minutes for funds to become available) and cost a 1.5% fee.
Please note: The instant withdrawal feature is currently only available for accounts that have completed additional verification. If you don’t see the instant withdrawal option when withdrawing funds, and you would like access to this feature, please contact our support team.

Step-by-step instructions
On the left side of the Truss dashboard, click 'Accounts'.
Select 'Cash account'.
Click 'Move money'. and then 'Withdraw funds'.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click 'Next'.
Select whether you would like to make an instant withdrawal or ACH withdrawal.
Instant withdrawals are instant (up to 30 minutes for funds to become available) and carry a fee of 1.5%. ACH withdrawals are free and take up to 3 days to process.
Method 1: Instant withdrawals
6. You can connect a bank account to instantly deposit funds by entering its associated debit card information. Select a debit card from the list or click "+ Debit card" to link a new account.
7. Review your withdrawal, then click 'Confirm instant withdrawal'.
8. Funds can take up to 30 minutes to be available in your account. You will receive a withdrawal confirmation via email.
Method 2: ACH withdrawals
6. Select the bank account you would like to deposit the funds into. Or add a new account by clicking '+ Bank account'.
7. Review the transfer details, and, if accurate, click 'Confirm transfer'.
8. The withdrawal can take up to 3 days to complete. You will receive a withdrawal confirmation via email.
