1. What are the payment processing fees?
Card payments: 3.25% + $0.30 (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You can pass this fee to your customer so you always receive the full invoice amount. ACH (bank transfer) is free. No holding or transfer fees.
2. When are my funds available?
Funds land in your Truss account instantly and are available to spend right away (bills, vendors, charge card). To withdraw to an external bank, allow 4 business days or use instant withdrawal (1.75% fee) for same-day access.
3. How long are checks held?
24 hours. After that, funds are available to spend within Truss after 1 business day, and available to withdraw to an external bank after 4 business days.

1. What does it cost to withdraw funds?
Standard ACH withdrawal is free. Instant withdrawal costs 1.75% and deposits to a debit card.
2. What does it cost to pay bills?
Free. Vendors and subcontractors don't need a Truss account to receive payment.

1. How do clients pay?
Clients have two options:
Click a Truss payment link embedded in your JobTread invoice.
Pay via a follow-up email from Truss that mirrors your JobTread invoice.
2. How do I connect Truss to JobTread today?
Connect via QuickBooks โ it's the smoothest path until the native integration launches. Zapier is also available as an alternative route.

3. Will everything stay in sync through QuickBooks?
Yes. As soon as an invoice or bill is sent or paid in either platform, it's automatically updated in both QuickBooks and JobTread. No manual reconciliation.
