Before your team can start using Tap to Pay in Truss, an account owner needs to accept the Tap to Pay Terms and Conditions. This is a one-time setup step.
Why Am I Seeing "Admin Action Required"?
If you open the Truss app and see a screen that says "Admin Action Required" with the message: An admin needs to accept the Tap to Pay Terms and Conditions before you can use Tap to Pay.
This means the Tap to Pay Terms and Conditions haven't been accepted yet for your Truss account. Only a user with an admin role can accept these terms and enable the feature. Once an admin completes this step, Tap to Pay will become available for all users on the Truss account.
If you're not an admin, you'll need to ask someone with admin permissions on your Truss account to follow the steps below.
