Why is it important to introduce your contacts to Truss?

For the smoothest transition to Truss, we recommend that you share some basic information about our system with your customers. Some contacts may feel more secure with additional information in order to trust Truss with their payments.

How to introduce your contacts to Truss?

Here are some resources to help your customers better understand Truss and why they can feel confident using us:

1. Introduce Truss in an obvious place like your invoices, emails, contracts, or website. Customize any of our example templates below.

  • General Invoice Note:

    "Thank you for your business! Please pay this invoice using Truss, our secure payments partner, by clicking the link below. Simply select your payment method, and enter the applicable payment information to initiate the transaction.

  • Email template for your customers

    "[Your Company Name] has partnered with a digital payment system called Truss to make paying your invoices easier and faster. It works similarly to a check but is fully digital with added security. All you have to do is click the payment link included in your invoice and process the payment directly with your online bank account. Note that the process is 100% secure and we won’t have any access to your banking information. "

  • Email template for your suppliers

    "[Your Company Name] has partnered with a digital payment system called Truss to make it easier and faster to send payments. It works similarly to a check but is fully digital with added security. Truss payments will prompt you to select your preferred payment collection method in order to receive the payment.

    You are not required to sign up for Truss and you will not be charged for any payments. Note that the process is 100% secure and we will not have any access to your banking information."
