How do I order a checkbook for my Truss account?

With Truss, ordering a checkbook for your account is made easy.

Looking for a physical checkbook to send funds to your vendors? No problem, with Truss, we've made it as simple as possible to order a checkbook straight from your dashboard.

Our Business On-The-Go checkbook includes 50 checks with a register and vinyl cover. Your custom business name, address, and phone number will be included in the top left corner of the check.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Under the actions list on the right of the main dashboard, click 'Order checkbook'.

  2. A chatbox on the left side of the screen will appear. Click 'Yes I'm ready' to proceed.

  3. Select the 'Create ticket' message prompt and fill out the required fields.

  4. Click 'Create ticket' once you have completed the form.

  5. Your request is now submitted. Your checkbook will be delivered within 1-6 business days.


    Please note: Checks sent from your checkbook will clear based on the ‘Debitable balance’ held in your Truss account. Please ensure your Debitable balance is sufficient before sending a check. Find your Debitable balance under ‘View summary’ on your Cash account dashboard.
