How is my overall Truss Card limit determined?

The overall spending limit on your Truss card is connected to the available balance held in your Truss cash account.

For example,

  • if you have a $30,000 limit on your Truss card,

  • and $30,000 in available balance held in your cash account,

  • you will have the ability to spend $30,000 on your Truss card.

However, if you have only $20,000 held in your cash account, you would only be able to spend up to your available balance.

How do I set spending limits for new card users?

  1. On the left side of the Truss dashboard, click 'Team'.

  2. On the top, click 'Invite user'.

  3. Invite the user's email, role, and monthly spending limit. If you would like to ship a physical card to this user, provide the shipping address for mail delivery. You can edit the card limit for each user later on if needed.

  4. Once complete, click 'Invite'.

Edit an existing user's card limit

  1. In the 'Team' dashboard, select the user for whom you would like to change their spending limit.

  2. In the top right corner, click 'Edit user'.

  3. You now have the ability to set or alter their spend limit, as well as edit their name and role within the Truss dashboard.

  4. When you are finished, click 'Save changes'.
