Connect your Truss card account to Quickbooks to enable automatic transaction downloading and categorization.
In Quickbooks Online, navigate to 'Transactions' > 'Bank transactions' on the left dashboard.
Click on 'Link account' in the top right corner.
In the bank name field, enter Truss Payments, and select Truss.
Enter the phone number you use for Truss.
Complete the verification.
Select the card account you would like to connect. You may select multiple.
From the drop down, choose the credit card account type.
From the drop down at the bottom of the window, select the date starting from which you'd like transactions to be pulled.
That's all! Your card transactions will appear under 'Bank transactions' in QBO. Any future transactions made under your Truss card account will be automatically downloaded in QBO.
