Updating your Existing Quickbooks Truss Integration

With our new real-time Truss bank feed integration with Quickbooks Online (QBO), you will need to reconnect the connection in QBO.

This article is for users who have an existing QBO Integration.

We’re pleased to announce the rollout of our new real-time Truss bank feed integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO). This upgrade will improve the reliability, speed, and accuracy of your financial data syncing between Truss and QBO.


Current Quickbooks and Truss Connections

Email Update:

  1. If you currently have Quickbooks and Truss connected, you should have received this email to update the connection.

  2. Upon clicking update Connection, you will be taken to this screen to sign in to your account. Click continue, and log in to your Truss Account.

3. Select the accounts you want to connect and click connect:

In-App Update

  1. If you are currently connected to Truss in Quickbooks, you should see this popup on your dashboard:

    1. Follow the steps above after clicking update now.
