How to connect and sync Quickbooks with Truss

We’re pleased to announce the rollout of our new real-time Truss bank feed integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how to connect.

⚠️ Note: Users looking to create a NEW QBO Connection can do so after April 21st. Connections done before April 21st will have to reconnect in the future to update the integration.

If you want to sync your invoices between QBO and Truss, here is a step by step guide to link your accounts.

If you already connected your QBO and Truss accounts and need to update the connection, please read this article here.

  1. Go to Transactions from the left bar, and click Bank Transactions

  2. Click Link Account:

  3. You will be taken to this page, enter Truss in the search bar and click on this result:

  4. Sign in to your Truss account

  5. Complete the login steps

  6. Select the accounts you want to connect and click connect. QBO will then bring in your transactions from Truss and sync the platforms.
