How to connect and sync Bank Feed on Quickbooks with Truss

We’re pleased to announce the rollout of our new real-time Truss bank feed integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how to connect.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

What is Bank Feed?

  1. Automatic transaction import: QuickBooks pulls in your bank and credit card transactions (usually daily).

  2. Real-time updates: You can see your balances and transactions in QuickBooks without manually entering them.

  3. Categorization: QuickBooks suggests categories for expenses and income based on your past activity.

  4. Reconciliation: Makes monthly bank reconciliations faster since transactions are already in QuickBooks.

If you want to sync your invoices between QBO and Truss, here is a step by step guide to link your accounts.

  1. Go to Transactions from the left bar, and click Bank Transactions

  2. Click Link Account:

  3. You will be taken to this page, enter Truss in the search bar and click on this result:

  4. Sign in to your Truss account

  5. Complete the login steps

  6. Select the accounts you want to connect and click connect. QBO will then bring in your transactions from Truss and sync the platforms.
