You recently paid a bill and got notified that the payment has failed? Don't worry, with Truss, we have made retrying failed bills simple and quick.
Step-by-step instructions
On the left side of the Truss dashboard, click 'Bills'.
Filter by status for 'Error' bills, and select the bill you are looking to retry.
Click 'Review and retry' on the failed payment.
Note: here you will be able to see the reason for your bill payment failure.
Depending on the reason of failure, edit information accordingly (address, direct deposit information, etc.), or choose a new method of payment.
When you have confirmed the correct payment information, click 'Pay.'
The bill is now resent and your contact will receive an email or text notification of the payment. You can track the status of this payment in real-time in the 'Bills' tab of your Truss dashboard.
