Your customers can send a payment for a custom amount to you through your payment portal. Here are step-by-step instructions to share with your customers:

Access the payment portal of the company you would like to pay through their payment portal link (provided by the receiving company).
Enter your email address and click 'Continue'.
โIn the top right corner of the page, click '+ Custom payment'.
Enter the custom payment details, and once done, click 'Select payment method'.
Add a new bank account to pay via bank transfer or enter your credit card information to pay via card. If you choose to pay via card, a 3.5% fee applies. After checking the terms and conditions box, click 'Pay' to confirm.
Your custom payment will then be completed, and the recipient will be notified.
