How can I update my company information?

Customize your logo, display name, and statement descriptor in your Truss account.

By uploading your company logo, it will be displayed on your custom payment page for your contacts when they transact with you.

Display name:

This name will be used in emails and content displayed to you and your contacts.

Statement descriptor:

Your statement descriptor is used on receipts and bank statements.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. In the top right corner of the Truss dashboard, click on the name of your company, then click 'Settings'.

  2. In the settings dashboard, click 'Business', then click 'Edit business'.

  3. Edit your business information, then click 'Save changes'.
