Have you currently made a return on your Truss Card and are curious how the return process is handled?
Under the 'Expenses' page of your Truss dashboard, you will be able to see all of the returns made on your Truss card.
Important Notes:
These returns do not increase the cash balance on your account, they are deducted from the balance due on your credit account.
This means, the card repayment to pay your credit balance is reduced by the return amount.
Hence you can see the negative balance on your card account, which is essentially a credit for your card account
When you make more purchases, refunds will then reduce the amount transferred from your cash account
